Meet at 9:00 am
Start Location: Duncans Mills

Let's take advantage of the repaired potholes one week after the famous "Fondo", but without the price tag.  We will Start in Duncans Mills, ascend the challenging King Ridge, enjoy the payoff and then return via the cool, ocean side.  Water and food is limited in the first 30 miles;  leader will carry lunch and at least 3 bottles. Food and bathroom stops at 35,45,60 miles(Stewarts Point, Jenner, Occidental). Carpooling strongly encouraged.
Two options:

Option 1) 5!/TM/52.  5060' climbing.  Start Duncans Mills, up King Ridge cross Hauser Bridge over to the coast down to Jenner and return via HWY 116.  Even though the mileage seems low, it is a difficult ride.

Option 2)  5!/TM/70.  6500' climbing.  Same as above, but from Jenner head inland at Willow Creek Road which includes segments with decaying asphalt and the opportunity for adventure.  This route is absolutely passable to road bikes, but requires some extra bike handling and enthusiasm.
