Avoid the bridge toll and ride Paradise Loop from Point Richmond! This route utilizes many popular bike trails and routes. There are no water or restrooms stops except for the socially distanced lunch at Woodlands Market at Mile 20 before our Camino Alto climb. Don't let the RWGPS link fool you; it doesn't include an extra ~500 feet of elevation gain from the bridge. 😀
COVID-19 guidelines will be enforced! Don't forget your face covering. We are meeting at the parking lot/restrooms/water fountain at the southwest corner of the park: corner of Dornan Drive and Brickyard Cove Road.
If you need to contact the leader on the day of the ride, please call or text (not email).

60 minutes, C pace, average 23mph (2.3 w/kg). In this fun social event, everyone stays together for most of the ride, but then given the chance to chase our Red Beacon sweeper (Lanterne Rouge) at 47 minutes and try to catch him before the finish. Our Lanterne Rouge is released at 45 minutes in and given a 2 minute head start. The Yellow Beacon ride leader maintains the listed pace for the full hour for those who do not wish to chase.

GPC Route:
Paradise Loop from Point Richmond
Start Location:
Miller/Knox Regional Shoreline

See RWGPS route
Start is NOT the last BART station. Leaderless option at mile 24 not to turn around but drop into Milpitas to catch BART (at about 30 miles) or ride back.
