Have you wondered what it's like to ride virtually on a trainer or want to know how to set up an indoor/stationary cycling experience? If so this clinic is for you. During this clinic I'll talk about the hardware & equipment choices that I use and options for indoor virtual riding. The focus of this clinic's software will be on RGT Cycling because it's currently free to everyone. Here is a link for a screen shot from the computer while riding using RGT cycling.

Please note that the photo represented is for illustrative purposes only (I won't be sustaining over 300 watts for my virtual rides).

The clinic is currently only offered online to anyone (you don't need to be a member to join) with no dial in (phone) options. Please note that you may be muted upon joining the clinic and muted at times without your permission. Please be patient and expect technical difficulties to arise. Here is the link to the meeting:

You may need a smartphone or tablet (with Google Meet App) or computer to join the meeting. An internet connection is required for this clinic and it's limited to the first 100 participants. The clinic is expected to be around 45 minutes or less and no more than 60 minutes. At 60 minutes, the software may disconnect everyone (limitations of the free version). Check below for any updates. 45 minutes, D pace, 22mph (2.0 w/kg). This ride presented by The Big Ring (TBR) encourages those who want to push their pace a little higher than the standard sub 2.0 w/kg social rides on Zwift. We roll together on the beautiful Sand and Sequoias route, which includes one sprint and one KOM climb. For the best ride experience, please always stay by the leader's Yellow Beacon as it is easy to get ahead especially on the climb and descent.

We run a monthly sprint league with prizes awarded to the top man and woman by points. Top sprints awarded 10 points, down to 1 point for 10th fastest sprint. Fastest sprint time of the month is awarded 5 bonus points. Course changes monthly. Vibe is friendly and supportive, with strong sweepers at the back to help anyone who falls out of the group draft.
